Updates from PTR

Game Updates

Ruptures

  • The spawn rate for elite monsters in Ruptures has been increased.
  • Rupture tears will now sometimes move around the area.
  • Rupture tears can now be closed quicker.
  • Rupture tears now spawn more often.
  • Rewards for completing Rupture and Realmwalker encounters have been generally improved.
  • Ruptures now spawn less frequently in the Pit.
  • The overall difficulty for Ruptures has been decreased in normal difficulty, so lower-level players can more confidently clear them.

Unique Item Updates

  • Unique, Mythic Unique, and Iconic Mythic Items can now have affixes altered via Enchanting.
  • Added affixes from Enchanting, Transfiguration, and Tempering are always max rolls when added to a Mythic Unique.
  • Chaotic and Focused Reroll Transfigurations have been removed for Unique and Mythic Unique items.
  • The Upgrade to Mythic recipe in the Horadric Cube now always creates an item for the same gear slot.
  • Mythic Unique Items cannot be used in the Upgrade to Mythic Unique recipe.

  • Now: When you would be dealt fatal damage, instead you Heal to full Life, gain a Barrier for 100% of your Maximum Life for 3 seconds, and Knock Back Close enemies. This power is disabled once used until you return to town.

Godslayer Crown

  • Damage reduced from 30-40% to 7.5-10%.

Crown of Lucion

  • Damage reduced from 10-15% to 5-7.5% per stack.

Temerity

Developer’s Note: Temerity’s power now scales the barrier granted based on Overheal amount rather than scaling the maximum barrier amount. Temerity’s barrier maximum is now always 100% of your maximum life and you can gain barrier even if you are not at Max Life if the heal takes you over Max Life.

Tempering

Sharpened Finesse

  • Damage per Overpower stack reduced from 7-10% to 3-4.5%.

Paragon

  • Thorns values from Magic nodes increased from 19 to 100.
  • Thorns values from Rare nodes increased from 38 to 150.

Barbarian
